The movements in Aikido are soft,
rational, and smooth, as found in nature. It can be practiced by
women without concern.
Since September 16th 2014 the Aikido Kopstal Bridel organizes a special course for Women and young girls only.
The course is being held on Tuesdays from 17h50 till 18h50 at the
small sportshall from the école
